T.R.I.P. Training - All Courses
An overview

The T.R.I.P. approach involves working with trauma, attachment wounding and mental health concerns and its impact on the person as a whole. Our ability to access and express our emotions, thoughts, make sense of our physical sensations, detect and respond to threat or safety accurately in situations or people at the right time changes. Healing at this multilevel impact requires an integrative approach that addresses the impacted areas. Our relationship to ourselves and others changes. The TRIP method combines powerful eye-brain techniques, internal attachment-based work, trauma-informed practices, somatic strategies, and attachment theory

Accessing the brain, body, and nervous system with one eye open at a time offers a unique opportunity for healing, regulation, and trauma integration.  Complex trauma requires an integrative approach. The TRIP method combines powerful eye-brain techniques, internal attachment-based work, trauma-informed practices, somatic strategies, and attachment theory. Eye-Brain Connection: When focusing on therapeutic topics, the nervous system responds differently based on whether the left or right eye is open. Visual distortions, somatic reactions, and emotional shifts occur. One eye connects to distressing experiences, while the other connects to coping mechanisms. Internal Conflict: Past trauma and attachment dynamics create internal conflict. One eye seeks connection at all costs, while the other prioritizes protection. Bridging these opposing agendas is essential for healing. Explore this intriguing and innovative therapy to enhance trauma recovery and attachment repair..

"The Core Foundational training has changed how I work with trauma, increased the depth of my knowledge of trauma, and led to results I previously never attained. The training groups are small which allows room for questions and for experiential rounds that help integrate the model. Monique is passionate and committed to the treatment of complex trauma and as a trainer, generous with her time, compassion and knowledge to help therapists grow in their abilities so clients heal from the wounds that still haunt them and have negative impacts on their lives"
